Dear Luis,
I hope all is well. I'm writing regarding the social event being organized by our club for famous food around the world.
I would be really delighted if I get the chance to cook one of the popular dishes from back home. I am considering Chana Bhatura at the moment, which is a much-loved dish in our region. This dish consists of two main components, which are chickpea gravy and deep-fried tortilla served with three sides: curd, salad, and pickle.
Being very popular and loved in India, I think it would be able to impress people here at the event as well. The combination of spicy and sour ingredients means it can become a highlight of the event. I can cook everything myself; however, I would need some assistance with the side dishes, if you agree, my aunt is ready to assist me with those.
I hope I hear back from you soon about the decision.
Best Regards,
Prachi
