Sample Answer:
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to request for rescheduling my appointment on coming Tuesday, 22nd November 2023 at 11:00 am.
I booked an appointment online through the bank’s website to discuss some important aspects related to my Demat account, however, I regret to inform you that I must ask for a postponement of this meeting owing to an unexpected family emergency.
I truly regret for any trouble this may have caused and recognize the significance of our scheduled session. Your bank has always offered excellent services, and I look forward to talking with you about the topics we have scheduled.
I respectfully ask for your assistance in choosing an appropriate substitute day and time for having a discussion. We can select a time that works for both of us in the upcoming weeks. I’m accommodating and open to suggestions.
Thank you for all your help and consideration in this circumstance. I appreciate your cooperation and apologise again for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Looking forward for an affirmative response.
Yours faithfully,
Johnson
