Sample Answer:
Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I received from one of your airport staff members.
I had a problem with my travel paperwork during my layover at your airport. It was my own fault for not seeing the issue coming, and it might have ruined my entire trip. I approached Mateo Hernandez, who was working at the information desk, and I explained to him the worrisome scenario. I must express my gratitude to Mateo for their professionalism, tolerance, and readiness to assist. He not only spent the time to comprehend my issue, but he also helped me to resolve it.
I think that commending exemplary customer service was impressive, and I suggest that Mateo receive recognition for their amazing work. I think that acknowledgment of this kind, whether in the form of a formal letter of recommendation, would inspire Mateo.
I am grateful for your attention to this situation and for your continued efforts to maintain your airport’s excellent level of service.
Yours faithfully,
Mary Mathews
