I am writing to express my sheer dissatisfaction when I boarded a flight from Singapore Changi airport last week.

My name is Isabella Rodriguez, and the following are the specifics of my flight on 10th November 2023: I took flight AC837 with Air Canada from Singapore Changi airport to Toronto Pearson International airport.

However, the procedure for processing luggage was highly inconvenient. My suitcase had been damaged during transit, which also affected the belongings in it as a result of the exterior shell cracking. This was really upsetting as I usually have had a great experience at your airport during my previous trips.
